There will be a poster session during POF 2025. Authors are encouraged to follow these guidelines:

• The posters will be exhibited in the atrium outside of the conference room
• At least one of the authors should be registered for the conference and pay the corresponding fees
• Maximum poster board size: 30 inches (76 cm) x 40 inches (100 cm) [width x height)
• The POF 2025 Organizing Committee will provide the easels, white foam poster boards and other materials such as tapes needed for setting up your poster display
• Authors will be required to be present during their poster session to provide additional information to the visitors
• The posters should be set up during the break before the poster session
